AGENT-BASED INTERACTIONS AND ECONOMIC

ENCOUNTERS IN AN INTELLIGENT INTER CLOUD

ABSTRACT

The significance and novelty of this work are that it is theearliestwork to propose an agentbased Inter Cloudeconomic model for analyzing two types of interactions inan intelligent Inter Cloud: 1) consumer-to-Cloudinteractions and 2) Cloud-to-Cloud interactions. Being thefirst to devise 1) best response strategies for Inter Cloudcoalition formation that converge to both a subgameperfectequilibrium and the Shapley value payoff and 2) an optimalmultilateral consumer-to-Cloud negotiation strategy, thiswork provides game-theoretic solutions that lay theessential mathematical foundations for Inter Cloudeconomics. To facilitate the formation of Inter Cloud coalitions, this work devises a novel four-stage Cloud-to-Cloud interaction protocol and a set of novel strategies for Inter Cloud agents. Mathematical proofs show that these Inter Cloud coalition formation strategies 1) converge to a subgameperfectequilibriumand 2) result in every Cloud agent in an Inter Cloud coalition receiving a payoff that is equal to its Shapley value.

EXISTING SYSTEM	PROPOSED SYSTEM
EXISTING CONCEPT:- An InterCloud is an interconnected global “Cloud of Clouds” that enables each Cloud to tap into resources of otherClouds. This is the earliest work to devise an agent-based InterCloud economic model for analyzing consumer-to-Cloud andCloud-to-Cloud interactions.	PROPOSED CONCEPT:- Since the resources and control in an InterCloud are distributed among different Clouds, an InterCloud can be modeled as a multiagent system with individual Clouds as autonomous components. Converge to a subgame perfect equilibrium. Every Cloud agent in an InterCloud coalition receiving a payoff that is equal to its Shapley value.
EXISTING ALGORITHM:- Novel negotiation strategy.	PROPOSED ALGORITHM:- InterCloud Coalition Formation.
ALGORITHM DEFINITION:- Thesubgame perfect equilibrium of an Inter Cloud coalition game ICG is a strategy profile S* that induces a Nash equilibrium in every subgameICG` of ICG.	ALGORITHM DEFINITION:- Every Cloud agent with surplus or unused resource capacity that is insufficient for providing a service will send a “resource available” message to every other Cloud agent in the Inter Cloud. The message will specify both the amount of available capacity and the duration of its availability.
DRAWBACKS:- Cloud-to-Cloud interaction is not  possible.	ADVANTAGES:- Cloud-to-Cloud interaction is  possible. Consumer-to-Cloud interactions.
